Training Information

 

Gateway to Taekwondo - Mr. Carlsson and Mr. Lindvall in front of Bollhuset (2010)

With LSTK, you will learn skills ranging from stretching and balance exercises to dynamic aerial kicks and no-nonsense self defense. As a blackbelt, you will be challenged further as you strive for a deeper mastery of Taekwondo, a greater understanding of other martial arts, and proficiency with traditional weapons.

We build the skills of our members by starting gradually and building strong basics before advancing to more advanced techniques. This both reduces risk of injury and adds power to advanced techniques. Advanced jump spin kicks do look very cool, but good basics may save your life.

Below is basic information on how to become a member. On the following pages is more information about different parts of our physical curriculum.

Time & Place

Group 1 (16 years or older):
Tuesdays 20:30-21:30, the judo hall at Bollhuset
Wednesdays 20:30-21:30, the judo hall at Bollhuset
Sundays, 15:00-17:00, the judo hall at Bollhuset

Grupp 2 (under 16 år):
Mondays 19:00-20:00, Svaneskolan
Thursdays 18:00-19:00, Svaneskolan
Saturdays 14:00-16:00, the judo hall at Bollhuset

The Competitive Sparring Group (minimum camo belt & 14 years or older):
Thursdays 19:00-20:00, Svaneskolan.

 

Cost per Semester

Group 1
3 classes/week:                         SEK 600/1000 (under 21/over 20 years old)
4 classes/week:                         SEK 700/1200 (under 21/over 20 years old)

Group 2
