We employ certified instructors and instructor trainees with the highest training requirements in order to ensure the best physical and mental training for our members, thereby improving the quality of their lives and giving them the best tools to improve their futures.

On this site, you can learn more about LSTK, WTTU, and Taekwondo in general. For our students, this site provides materials to be learned in addition to the curriculum taught in our classes, for the visitor, it provides an opportunity to learn something about Songahm Taekwondo before trying out our classes. However,it must be emphasized that no amount of studying online can show you the true nature of Songahm Taekwondo. Songahm Taekwondo must be experienced in the do-jahng (training area), and lived day-to-day. For that, regular training is necessary. In addition to this site, LSTK also has a forum for its members on facebook.
